&lt;div&gt;Is the ability to withstand and to endure a shortfall of supply of gas. The minimum amount of time a country has to currently withstand is set with 30 days.&lt;br /&gt;
A stress test conducted in 2014 conducted by the European Commission uncovered several shortcomings in that regard. As a consequence, the proposal 0030/2016 was initiated.&lt;br /&gt;
